That's insane, I had a teacher that spoke dutch, english, german, french, spanish, portuguese, swahili, arabic and some russian but he really liked learning languages and probably didn't do anything else in his free time. He gave latin btw so he also mastered that one.

The only thing is - this dude may be absolutely mindbogglingly brilliant at these certain things but the thing about being a savant is he can't handle normal everyday things we take for granted. Like tying his own fuckin shoes as an example.
