They are looking to drifting to be the next big racer, I assume. I hope this is a good step for them. With Forza 2 looking great, they really need to step the bar up from the last two Need for Speeds.

Before you buy a console, you might want to read the thread below. That has a little bit of information on the 360. This way you aren't pissed off if you buy one.

I have bought 2 360's got one repaired and then sold it kept the newer one and put on the extra fans for the back on the bottom has been working great, but the first one I bought was from the first shipment and I put a good 500 plus hours into in 8 months till it died LOL

The new one has not frozen crashed or over heated at all with the extra fans.

I have a first one, too. I got it in Feb. last year. Only problems is it freezes sometimes and makes weird sounds. Doesn't bother me if it breaks. I won it at a Halo 2 tourney. I am thinking about getting the Elite if(when) the one I own breaks.

The Elite is the 360 model that is all black. Comes with a 120 gig hard drive and a HDMI connector. That is the only difference between the the premium and the elite. Also the elite is $480 compared $400.

the last NFS game I played was Hot Pursuit... I bet they kick some serious ass now-a-days.. Hot Pursuit was the shit though, playing Police Chase with friends
