how was the instructors?

the instuction at new breed is great johny is always eager to help and crack a joke, the guys are all tough and very experienced, everyone at new breed is cool and it is a close team

only thing bad i can think of and it is not a bad thing really... is that the class moves really fast, the guys there are all experienced and it is easy to get lost in the mix

showtime has GREAT instruction from javi... it is a chance to train with one of the best grapplers in the world. javi is completely aproachable and will give you one on one help when you ask for it. also javi's style is more new school than johnny's javi will show some abstract transitions that work well and catch people off guard, and it is a great place for begginers as there are plenty of colored belts to teach you what they know and white belts to work it on

only bad thing is that it is more expensive, being trained by javier vazquez is not cheap and to get unlimited training will make you into a stud but it will cost you

either way you are looking at a great experience and both teams are tough as nails
