That saddens me so much seeing his name on a tombstone.
I believe it was the 1st fight against Casomayor when his mouth was severely cut open that he was begging for another rd when the Dr wanted to stop it.

Yep I think you're right. The guy just had incredible heart. Even after Mayweather was embarrassing him and giving him a terrible beating, he was still pissed that they stopped it.

Showtime's tribute to Chico tonight was perfect. I don't think they could have done it any better. Its staying on my DVR forever. The part with Chico signing autographs "I WILL GET TO YOU GUYS I PROMISE I WILL GET TO EVERYBODY" I think defines the man and what he was about. Also the quote after the 10 bell toll. "Perhaps it would be more fitting if Chico Corrales had a 9 count... because he'd probably get up before 10." Sigworthy... Again RIP buddy. You are missed
