Forza 2 demo is live on Xbox live market place get it while its hot.

EDIT: for a demo theres a shit load of cars to choose from, their all very detailed and look great, the physics are awesome and so is the sound. Sadly you can't tune any of the cars and theres no online play.

that said the demos definitely worth the download.

How does Forza compare to GT 3 and 4? I am going to have to try this. I wish I had the 120 gig hard drive already, that would make this much easier.

Forza and Grand Turismo are pretty much the same thing. GT has more cars but in Forza you can customize every little detail, plus theres car damage in forza which is always a good thing.

Can you wreck your car altogether? If so does it just happen or do you have some kind of damage meter?

It depends on how big the crash is, if you get into little accidents it'll just fuck up the steering but based on the settings you can take your self out of the race with one big crash. I believe you can pop up a little picture of you car in the corner and each part changes color based on how bad it is. like green, yellow, and red.

unfortunately in the demo the I'm pretty sure the damage is set so its only cosmetic.

Owned, that would suck to end up like that if you were laps ahead in a crazy long endurance race. Do they have those too?

yeah I don't know what the lap limit is but I remember being able to race for hours in the first game.
