WWE's website announced this evening that Tough Enough 3 champion Matt Cappotelli underwent surgery today in Boston, MA to remove a malignant brain tumor, with the surgery being deemed "successful."

The website also noted that the nagging shoulder issues we've reported Bobby Lashley has been having is "damage to his rotator cuff" but didn't go into more detail beyond that.

wow I wonder who they would even push if he had to go down as well. That roster is thinning out at the "main event" level.
