If anyone has Full body workouts geared towards MMA so that all the ''fight muscles'' are used i would greatly appreciate it. I have been hitting the weights pretty hard but i dont want to be leaving anything out and i need to know each muscle i need to work to be complete.

Just work out your core muscles as much as possible. I've been experimenting on weights or body weight excercises and I believe body weight excercises are better especially for grappling.

What makes a workout an MMA workout versus anything else? Also, what are you doing right now? What is your fitness level and lifting experience?
