The stuff on the independent scene is mostly trash. Completely over the top for the sake of it.

I like violent spots when they build up to it and use pyschology. I saw this japanese Barb Wire death match a few years ago, and Takayama of all people was in it I think, they had like Barbwire boards and shit and they teased it and teased it and built up to it and used psychology, and I thought it was an awesome match.
