sayukishine 04-30-2007, 05:10 AM well, usually i would eat oatmeal and one egg for breakfest.
then during school i would just bring 2 granola bars or something and eat one for lunch, and one right before practice starts.

you might be slowing down your metabolism by not eating much.
The food you are eating is good, but try eating 4 small meals through the day.
What sort of activity do you do through the day?

Ummm...
Since you said you were only 1-2 lbs over, and you're not doing any activities currently, I wouldn't worry about the weight.
It will come off when you start being active again.

Respect 05-01-2007, 07:15 PM Seriously eat a little more protein and calories overall. Fucking Somali's eat more than that, you want to be strong and powerful at your natural weight. Start the diet about 2 months ahead of a tourny.
omegatron 05-02-2007, 07:09 PM ^^^^DUDE you seriously have to use that AV pic??? GOD DAMN, thats NASTY!!!!
Tom Stall 05-02-2007, 09:50 PM restrict caloric intake. your output should be higher than input. also remember that hunger goes away after a while... and sleep. sleeping is a good way to lose weight.
