I don't know about best and I havent seen as much of K-1 as I have MMA but I love the KO of Le Banner by Ernesto at the '99 K-1 GP

Aerts vs Jean Claude Leuyer (I think thats his name, just reciting it from memory), Hari vs. Leko, Sefo vs Lebanner, and Mighty Mo vs Kao stand out to me.

- Second fight was at the K-1 World Grand Prix 2001 FINAL and Hunt Koed him in the 2nd round.

- Third fight was at the K-1 World Grand Prix 2002 and JLB won by TKO (Corner Stoppage) in the 2nd round.

- Fourth fight was at the K-1 WORLD GRAND PRIX 2002 FINAL and JLB won by decision again.
