View Full Version : Where to start (website design)

Alright, It's go time for me. I've been asked to set up a website for an American top team affiliate. I know design, I know alot of ftp, I need to know the in betweens. We've got a registered domain.

1. Got a domain
2. Designs are the easy part
3. Have a good ftp program and know the basics of ftp (hacking xbox and dling files from ftp servers)
4. Don't know how to put that information together
5. Don't know all the programs I might need but I can get them..
6. any websites are great, if anyone is willing to help me personaly i'd love it and would of course share credit.

Any help is greatly appreciated.


I'm also hearing alot about dreamweaver program. If anyone can elaborate

basicaly i know what I need on the site, I have some templates (though not sure i want to use a pre made template. i have photoshop, told i should get dreamweaver, I have a registered domain, I have an ftp program.

Not sure what to do now.

The template might be a bitch getting it to work for you. Get dreamweaver and open the template inside of it. You should start to get the hang of moving things in and out iof the template and adjusting the tables.
