Days after Mike Tyson appeared in an Arizona court to learn that he would be going to trail on felony drug charges in August, the former two-time heavyweight champ sold his home last week in Paradise Valley (a swanky suburb of Phoenix) for $2.3 million. According to the Associated Press, Tyson purchased the 7,700 square foot property 2 years ago for $2.1 million. The home was on the market for more than three months and was initially listed at $2.45 million. Kris LaCroix, the real estate agent who worked with Tyson on the sale stated: "It's very well built and sits on a gorgeous lot," and added that it was "a pleasure" working with Tyson on the sale. Shortly after Tyson bought the home, his neighbors created a ruckus when he began constructing a pigeon coop in the back yard without securing the proper permits (he eventually obtained them and built it). The coop, big enough to house dozens of birds and equipped with an air conditioner, had to be removed before the house was listed.

I've heard Tysons estimated career earnings were in excess of 200 million dollars. It'd be interesting to know how much money DK bamboozled from Mike but nevertheless its still its a hellofa lot of cash to go thru & now have nothing to show for it.
