They are only filled with cooking oil that is dyed with food coloring, they will not do perm damage unless you freeze them - which would be pretty loud. Truth be told, it's pretty loud anyway.

You will actually dent the body of the car with a paintball gun... Paintball guns are vicious. Make sure your air is constant, or change CO2 frequently. Point blank shots would do the most damage...

Take the paint out of the balls and fill them with paint thinner... I don't know how but that would be cool.

if you really want to damage the car you totally can with paintballs, the key it to get a marker with an easily changable velocity (all you need an allen key) turn it to the max and let em rip...i'm talking holes in the fiberglass and busted windows...trust me i was once in the same situation as you
