bitlord, bitcomet, azureus, shareza, etc... are pretty good. mininova and torrentspy are the best torrent sites. piratebay is gr8 when its not gettin raided by interpol. stick with the first two.

I read somewhere taht I should also download some privacy shit to keep me safe? is that a crock or shoudl I really look into that? The program they suggested was

Install a protective program to keep snoops such as the RIAA and MPAA out. Highly recommended is Peer Guardian (http://phoenixlabs.org/pg2/). This is like a firewall except a bit more extensive protection when using p2p programs.

As for sites, I check them all. My main sites are demonoid.com (private) and isohunt.com. I've been trying to get on filelist.org forever but I can never catch their registration open.

My college network doesn't allow torrents! But at home I use BitSpirit cause it looks cool.
