heres my critic:
good-good muscle detail

bad- the pants look rushed looks like a skirt

bad- the head looks to small

i can tell you have trouble on the hands

Looks good man, nice start. One word of advice that can sometimes go a long way with proportions is that the elbows need to meet the waist.

that's better than I could do and it looks pretty good. I like the pants and hands and head because I have the same problems drawing legs and hands, and my faces usually resemble south park characters

if you are serious about wanting to draw the human body in proper proportions, go check out "Dynamic Figure Drawing" by Burne Hogarth...prolly the one of the best books out there as far as drawing the human form.
