On Monday Night RAW, the final member of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2007 was revealed to be none other than WWE announcer Jim Ross.
The announcement was followed by a very nice career retrospective video package. Past and present WWE supertars as well as Vince McMahon spoke about Jim Ross' incredible contribution to WWE and professional wrestliing over the years. All agreed that nobody calls a match ilke JR and Steve Austin declared Jim Ross was better than Ross's idol, late wrestling announcer Gordon Solie.
Speaking of Stone Cold Steve Austin, he will be inducting his longtime close friend Jim Ross into the Hall of Fame this Saturday night.
Video packages that aired throughout RAW promoted Mr. Perfect, Jerry Lawler, Jim Ross and Dusty Rhodes as the main inductees to be featured on the 1-hour Hall of Fame special that will air on the USA Network at Midnight on the eastern coast.
