i think i pulled my right glute or hip yesterday while i was doing lunges yesterday? anyone had that problem?

yup...on the lunges i went wayyy too low n my hamstring and my ass started to hurt =(

in judo i got kicked really hard in the groin when someone went in for uchimata and i bruised a testicle. i cried because it hurt kind of a lot when i jacked off. i also picked up a weird skin infection during wrestling. not sure if that's considered an iinjury or not.
