man I always try to lucid dream . One method is to keep asking yourself what time is it and looking at a watch. The night that I read that it worked and I was able to control my trip. It was sick man. Sadly it hasn't happen to me since.

wuts a lucid dream ?

a lucid dream is when your totaly aware your dreaming
and you can freely control your subconicious to mold the dream world
and unlock hidden doors deep in your mind or something like that

sometime you can have a lucid nightmare
it can be scareing the shit out of you so you realize your haveing a nightmare
and fight to wake up

if you wake pre maturly from a nightmare you will open your eyes and be up
but the trip will still be in effect and will have auido in visual halucinations
also you will most likely be paraylized for less then a minute

sometimes im not sure if its halucinations or if it just a good state of mind to be able to tap into the spirit world i just know its some scary shit to witness

some countries cultures belive when this happends an old demon hag sits on your chest when your sleeping and if you awake during the nightmare you see her and you cant move

when that happends to me i dont see anything sitting on me
but i cant move and theres 2 ghosts standing by the bed

there diffrent types of dream excersises like astrsal projection
or meeting people in linked dreams iv heard of it but i dont know if it can really happen

wow that shits like when I had the dream I got shot in the head. I didnt see any ghosts or anything but i remember being kinda being able to control my thoughts, like, I could think but all my thoughts were fucked up because I'd been shot in the head.

Do you toke? I know alot of us (at least those I know) that do seem to remember their dreams less....which makes sense given a less able short-term memory function really. Having said that I know one guy that has gone completely the other way who's an everyday smoker, remembers a couple of dreams from each night. Tho only after smoking dmt at my house a couple of years ago. Not that it has done that to me. I still can't even remember if I've been asleep when I wake up, and I've "lunched" quite a few times more than necessary.

I seem to fight often in dreams.. some dreams i'm hitting somebody as hard as i can but it deosn't feel hard at all.. like my effort is un-rewarded and everything is slowed right down..

other times i dream of fighting a group of people, one took place in prison i was surrounded by a crowd, when i broke through the crowd i awoke..

another time i was trying to escape from somewhere with other peeps which led to another fight with a "jailer" however the dream wasn't about jail. i was held captive or something.

I've had a dream about fighting a group of peeps on church property, dreamt i was hit by a car, got up and started fighting.. I'm serious 80% of my dreams deal with fighting..

so how do u get lucid dreams?

Everytime you dream try to wake yourself up from in the dream. Try this for a few weeks, if it works a few times you might be able to do more.

I started trying to lucid dream when I was 15 I'm now 28 and still can't do it regularly, but I only try for like a month or so and then give up. Constant drug use or stress in your life will negatively affect your potential to do it. I notice that my dream recall ability comes in cycles. So it is important to keep trying for a while even if it seems you are getting no where. I've had around 5 real good ones and even more semi lucid dreams. They are hard to control for beginers.
Look for your dream cues, they are crazy but if you see notice these things then chances are you are dreaming. They really happen.
-You look at your teeth and they are all f'd up. Missing, loose, small, chipped, jagged or filthy you are likely dreaming.
-your light swithches don't work.
-Filthy, I mean disgusting bathrooms.
These are common.

Just last night before going to sleep a black and white image of an old high school buddy who was a real funny guy but a bit unfortunate in his life appeard, just his face and he appeard to have a bruised face like he got beat up and it was trippy like I knew something happened to perhaps fatal.

Then my monitor made a load noise and I jumped up in bed and saw a quik flash of a character..I get the feeling my old home boy is in a bad way.

I don't claim to be pshycic in any way but I believe in human mind powers beyond what we're told and anyone is capable of possesing them , it's a matter of spirituality and what you belive. Call me crazy, but I belive in the Zodiac astrology. It seems depending on how the stars are alligned it can make a decision on your personality. I've got peoples star signs right many times but I only know the personality traits of a few signs.

If the moon effects womens periods and tides, I think our galaxy has a bigger influence on our life and behaviour than most imagine.

One dream that I remember crystal clear in life stands out as the creepyest.

Me and my dad were playing cricket in the garden, which is bizzare because we hate cricket and every now and then he would turn to rubber, become immobile and unable to move, and his face changed into some rough dangerous looking guy (I was only like 8 when I had this dream) and his cloathes would even change to prisoner style blue overalls.

I somehow knew it was because the water tap in our bathroom upstairs had been turned on so I had to constantly go back to the bathroom and turn it off so my dad would morph back to normal. This happened 4 or 5 times until the last time I got to the top of the stairs to turn the tap off I saw a figure dart out of the bathroom quickly and into my room..I was a bit freaked out but had to turn my dad back to normal so in I went to the bathroom to turn it off...as I did, I turned to go out and there standing infront of me was the ware-wolf from Michael Jacksons 'Thriller' music video growling showing his claws and fangs in the same was as the music video.

That fucking video scared me shitless as a kid.

Google Lucid dreaming and you will find a site called LD4ALL. It will teach anyone anything they want to know about dreaming especially Lucid Dreaming. I have been Lucid Dreaming for the past year. It is like having another life. But if you Drink or smoke chronic it stops you from remembering your dreams. If you do smoke and want to remember your dreams do this. Set your alarm for like 4 and and a half hours after you sleep. Wake up then go back to sleep. You should be able to remember more dreams than sleeping through the whole night without waking up. If you are interested in dreaming check out the movie Waking Life.
