In today's world of desktop video editing software, you really can't trust "evidence" like this anymore, unless you submit the video to some experts to test for signs of tampering.

The fact that the object doesn't appear to increase in size as it approaches the camera is a sign that something fishy is going on. Often, "orbs" are just very small, out-of-focus dust particles or moisture droplets very close to the camera lens, which gives them the illusion of being distant objects.
