Hi guys, I study JJ in southern Ontario. I am really intersted in learning how to wrestle in order to improve my takedowns/control. However, I'm already out of college, so learning from high school or college is out of the question. I haven't been able to find a wrestling "school" in the yellow pages, do you guys have any suggestions on where to look?

Go to a local highschool and talk with the wrestling coach. Get in contact with him somehow. For a fee, he'll probably let you train with the team during practices. I recently learned about several coaches allowing this type of thing in my area. Sounds weird, just try it, you may be surprised. In fact, I also never wrestled in HS or college, and I'm going in for my first practice tomorrow.

Learning from a high school or college is not out of the question at all. You could work out with just about any highs school team for sure if you can keep up.
