1 hour weight lifting..
DO NOT spend more than an hour lifting heavy weights. Stress starts to kick in, and don't prduce muscle.
I'm working on getting bigger, So I workout the major main muscle groups that get you bigger such as your frame, Using only the free weight barbell, Chest (Bench press), Back Squats, Upper back (barbell rows), deadlifts, Standing Shoulder press..
I do this for 3x times a week.
and then that's it for weight lifting.

EVERY AFTERNOON I RIDE MY BIKE DOWN A TRAIL. I DO SPRINT DRILLS IN THE RIVER WASH FOR ABOUT 30 MINS. THEN RIDE BACK. THIS USUALLY TAKE AROUND AN HR AND 15 MIN DEPENDING ON HOW HARD THE WIND BLOWING. IF I TAKE THE OPPOSITE ROUTE OF THE RIVER TRAIL, I RIDE THROUGH AN OBSTACLE AND STOP AT EVERY OBSTACLE TO COMPLETE IT THE KEEP PUSHING MYSELF THROUGH. WHEN I GET TO THE END, I PRACTICE MY KICKBOXING AND RIDE BACK. THAT USUALLY TAKES A LIL OVER 2 HRS.

look up Randy Coutures training on google movies. He does something called complexes. Heres a link to a program that incorporates them http://www.alwyncosgrove.com/MetabolicPower.html
You do this along with cardio and a great diet and your regular training you'll be a pretty good shape.
