wow...i know that they help you retain water but i didn't think that they cured hangovers and shit. i'm gonna buy a fricking banana tree and plant it in my yard

i actually have one in the back of my house. but california weather isnt the best place to grow bananas

It's all about the Potassium. When we sweat, our bodies lose two things: water and potassium. We can replace the water easily, but the potassium must come from an outside source. Banannas are the to Potassium as egg white is to protein: the perfect source.
