Marquis Cor Von (also known as Monty Brown from TNA) debuted on ECW a couple of weeks ago. There were many reports of him going in as heel at Wrestlemania 23 for the ECW title against face champion Bobby Lashley. Those rumors now seem unlikely.
WWE is trying to push Hardcore Holly to main event status, who has been out of the title picture since January 2004, infact only once in the title picture with minor success and criticism. He recently jobbed over CM Punk and Rob Van Dam, ECWs two biggest fan favourites.
All I say is Wrestlemania 23 is going to be junk like Wrestlemania 11 with or without Hardcore Holly .vs. Bobby Lashley. However Holly .vs. Lashley would make it slightly worse considering that is a useless Sunday Night Heat match WWE would have had in 1999 when they were good!
