Yeah, it's dual audio. Make sure you have the right codecs, though. If you're into anime, you need to get some good codec packs anyway.

There seems to be an encoding problem on episode 9 so the audio doesn't sync up well to the action. Download this different version:

thanks for the link. i like the book better, though. i think the anime got away from edmond dantes/count of monte cristo as the main character and focused too much on how much of a gay albert de morcef was. the mecha fighting was really gay too. however, i liked the animation style and characters alot. i just wished they stuck with the original story line, or didn't gay it up so much.
