Any reccomendations? I'm lifting about 30 min a day and about 20 to 30 on the treadmill. Which is in addition to walking to and from school everyday, 15 min each way.

lift light r weight super amount of reps 30 sec rest in between sets..And up your cardio by 30min incorporate jump roping,shadow boxing, Hit that punching bag (flip out on it for 1 full minute then rest one minute repeat 5 times..you will be dead.

are you talking about clenbuterol?... if so + 1, it's a steroid, bronchiol diolator. You can still lose weight without diet or exercise.

clenbuterol is a asthma medication. i don't think you can even do cardio while you are on it. you start to sweat just sitting in your room eating. I still feel that clen is safer than cytomel

weight loss pills and supplements are ripoffs. Atleast That's what they said on dateline.

Just get motivation, and stop eating!

cut out the Carbs and sugar and the weight will fall off
I lost 21 kilograms in less than a month just doing that

its not a weight loss supplement but im serious when i say everyone should take MegaMan Sprot vitamins...its a multi-vitamin and after a little while of use ur body heals faster and u just feel better all the time...

I say cut out all fast food, all fried food, all empty calories (twinkies and pepsi) and you'll be fine. Eat fruits and veggies everyday (not high sugar "fruit juices")
