iT all depends on what your goals are really. Strength, Size, Huge muscles or just real cut...Weight Gain Or loss. Fight training or body building.Once you know that you can choose a plan to reach the goal.

Well I just wanna do some fight training, but only a couple classes specify between beginer and advance. The one I would want to do today would be an MMA takedowns class and I don't kow if I should tell them I'm new or just go in and do what everyone else is doing.

I see.. i wasnet sure if you meant gym as in weight lifting place or gym as in MMA training center. They should ask you what kind of experience you have and If you are taking the beginner class it should start you from the very basics first. If I were you i would def start with beginner. If they start jumping into things i would let them know you have no experience. Takedowns can be difficult. And if you dont learn it step by step you can aquire bad form. just gauging distance for the takedowns can be hell if both you and the opponent are moving.

Thanks a lot. I really want to do the beginers classes but the only one today is when Im at school. The takedowns class is after. Should I just wait untill tomorrow and take a begining BJJ or Kickboxing class instead?

Aiden is giving you nothing but good advice - heed it. My personal preference is for starting with BJJ (as I did) and then go from there.

Yeah I want to do BJJ first, but I need to buy a gi first and there aren't any no gi grappling classes today and I really want to start today, so I think im going to go to either the Boxing or Kickboxing class and maybe the MMA class.

Vitor Shaolin always said to get atleast a blue belt in JJ and then move on to something else..but of course strikers, and wrestlers have told me different.

Well I think Im just gonna go to the kickboxing class later tonight and probably skip the MMA class untill I take some BJJ classes as well
