In a nutshell
1) Strongman training - moving inate objects like stones, tyres, sandbags
2) Bodyweight circuts - push ups, squats, chin ups (anything that uses your bodyweight as a counterweight)
3) Sled workouts - dragging anything heavy practically....use training partners and belts/drag weights
4) Sprints - hill sprints, stairs, sled sprints
5) Medicine ball - (12-20lbs)
6) Barbell/weights - deadlift, squats, snatch
7) Integrate them all!

easy now get out there and start training!!

t-nation always has good info on MMA training. Plus, they supply supplements to Welterweight champ GSP, so their shit must work.

Sweet. Too bad there is only so many hours in the day. I'm gonna have to pick about 2 of those and call it a day.
