So i used to be a hardcore powerlifter, i was about 165lbs and Deadlifting 450, benching 250 easy and squatting in the high 300's. I always abstained from Masturbation before i would workout. But one day i decided to try the myth. I jerked off and then immediately began lifting. I put 445 on the deadlift, my usual weight and couldnt even budge it, in fact i couldnt even budge 405!!! And my cardio went to shit also. I have since quit lifting weights but i still do cardio and if i rub one off, it affects me a lot.
