I actually training in that shit (Russian Systema) for a while and they teach you how to relax and move. This is obviously a staged demonstration with Vlad doing the beatdown. BTW, I wouldn't bet my left nut on this in fight.

I don't know what family of "Wing Chun" that is suppossed to be but that is total BS. I have studied Wing Chun on and off for ten years and that doesn't look like much more than maybe some one who study some and thought they were tough or maybe from videos.... Who know but yeah not good to give people false confidence.
