just watched them,

seems alot higher quality, story seems pretty close, a few differences here and there but I guess I can expect things to become more different towards the end of the series

Yeah, the stories become like night and day starting with the next release. I am glad someone actually watched them, the fighting in the second episode is insane.

Hellsing: Ultimate is so much better than the first TV series. The story is going to closely follow the manga which is always nice and the artwork is top notch. Scryed is a quality series especially the fight sequences.

Wow I just watched episode 1. I love it.

I'm pretty sure episode 3 comes out this month which is exciting because Hellsing Ultimate is turning into one of the best animes I have seen.
