Who do you think is more talented Mushroomhead or Slipknot?? Do not go by sales or fame strictly music and performance please.....I think Mushroomhead has a better sound and are more talented not to say Slipknot isn't... I just think Mushroomhead hasn't gotten the credit they deserve esp. since Slipknot took their style and ran with it...thoughts???

I like both but I would have to say Slipknot has more talent because of Joey alone.

joey is meh at best. lacks power...he relies far too much on mics.

but a far as mushroomhead vs slipnot... it goes to slip by a landslide. mushroomhead lacks diversity imo. the subliminal verses covered all aspects of metal music. wut album did mushroom have that could even come closelips weakest album. there new live album is extraordinary. check it out fools...but hey if im wrong, prove it.

I dunno man some of slipknots shit sounds the same and MH always changes their sound for the better XX and XIII are the shit...im not saying slipknot isnt good but if your into constant screaming then i guess you would like them better...i think Stonesour is better then slipknot

Slipknot kinda went downhill imo, wait and bleed is one of the best songs Ive ever heard especially when you have some real good sound equipment. Alot of other great songs off their first and second album but after that I mostly havent heard or didnt like much.

I really havent heard much mushroomhead, I heard they are pretty good.

I dunno man im not a METALHEAD...i like alot of different music so i guess that is why i like mushroomhead because they have alot of different influences in their music and its not extremely crazy hardcore...they actually have some molody to them....i dont really like hardcore screaming bullshit so thats pretty much why i dig MH's sound....im sure there are more METAL bands that are better at METAL but i like their sound so thats why i like em its different

you should check out their albums XX and XIII good stuff IMO

I dont like "cookie monster" bands, its where the lead singer does the throaty vocals that really dont show any diversity or singing ability. Some of them are ok and have a unique sound but most just sound horrible, the sad thing is they are kinda popular right now. Its old school metal for me, WARR JUDAS PRIEST

no i hate that shit too bro i dont like that at all....but theres two singers in this group a main and a backup and the back up is more grungy and hardcore but the lead singer can actually sing he knows how to write good shit... its different its kinda got some hiphop influence with some beats and shit...there kinda old now but its something different
